Group Training for beginners - intermediates

Afraid of going to the gym alone? Often find yourself with no idea what to do when you go to work out? I got you

​It's like a private training session, but for 6 people.

Starting May 2025! Tuesdays/Thursdays/Fridays 8 pm.

​

  • 45-minute to 1-Hour Classes: Starting with the fundamentals and the must-know exercises and movements to build the strongest version of you.  I will guide you through every step, pushing you to reach your fullest potential.

  • Expert Technique: We’ll focus on perfecting your form and technique to maximize results and minimize the risk of injury.

  • Empowering Education: Understand the Why behind your workouts.  Learn the principles of effective training so you can confidently and independently maintain your fitness journey.

  • Small groups: 5-6 people in a group, so I can pay the best attention to everyone.​

  • Great location: Classes will be held at Hype Gym in Union Square, NYC.

Continuous Support: I'm available via text message for any concerns or questions, and I'll respond as soon as possible within working hours.
